0.1 What @nyone is

@nyone is a privacy-first crypto payments protocol built on Base chain. It allows users to send cryptocurrency to recipients identified by a social handle, email address, or wallet address, using zero-knowledge proofs and a shielded pool to preserve transaction privacy.

@nyone is a non-custodial protocol. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time, except during the claim window for unclaimed sends, where funds are held in a smart contract until the recipient claims them or the sender cancels.

0.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using @nyone, you represent that you are not subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union, United States, United Nations, or any other applicable jurisdiction, and that you will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

0.3 Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any wallet, credentials, or authentication methods you use to access @nyone. We cannot recover lost wallets, private keys, or funds sent to incorrect addresses.

0.4 Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions
• Engage in fraud, deception, or manipulation

@nyone may charge protocol fees on transactions. Current fee structures are displayed at the time of each transaction. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any transaction you initiate.

The @nyone name, logo, website design, and proprietary protocol components are owned by us. Open-source components of the protocol are governed by their respective licenses.
